But that doesn’t seem to apply to Toby Lambert.

The Winchester ace was out on his own at the front of the field for all but the first couple of kilometres of the 2015 Chichester Priory 10k.

And he crossed the line in an excellent time of 30min 03sec, despite his nearest rivals not being at his side to push him.
