FESTIVAL: In Arundel

THE LITTLEHAMPTON Academy Steel Band will help kick off the Arundel Festival tomorrow (Friday, August 20).

The band will be playing in The Square at 5.30pm, during the raising of the festival flag, directly after the great Festival Procession.

Anyone wanting top make Caribbean headdresses and garlands to wear during the procession, which will set off from the castle gates at 5pm, is invited to a craft workshop, in Jubilee Gardens from 2-4.30pm.

Once the flag is flying, an opening night party will be thrown, also in Jubilee Gardens, with a barbecue and disco.
