HORTICULTURAL SHOW: In Southwick

SOUTHWICK and Fishersgate Horticultural Society will hold its annual summer flower and produce show on Saturday, August 21.

The show, held in various rooms at Southwick Community Centre, in Southwick Street, Southwick, will be open from 2pm.

There will be plants, flowers, floral art, vegetables, fruit and cookery on show, as well as special classes for children to enter and home-grown produce and plants for sale alongside charity stalls.

Refreshments will be available There will also be a performance from a brass band.

Admission is free, but donations would be welcome.

Prizes will be awarded from 4.15pm to 4.45pm.
