MUSIC: BBC star to sing at April Evening in Angmering

THE BBC Choirgirl of 2009, Jacqueline Hill, from Tarring, will be among the performers at a concert, Music for an April Evening, at St Margaret's Church, Angmering, on Saturday, April 24.

Angmering Hand Bell Ringers have organised the concert, which starts at 7pm and will feature other "musical friends", too.

Jacqueline is taking a break from her busy recording schedule for television and radio, and from her A-level studies, to sing at the event.

Admission is free, but a collection will be taken in aid of Chestnut Tree House children's hospice.

Refreshments will be available after the concert.
