MUSICAL THEATRE: Guys and Dolls in Worthing

SUSSEX Musical Productions are bringing Guys And Dolls to Worthing'sPavilion Theatre from Tuesday, May 11-Saturday, May 15, with evening performances at 7.30pm and matinée performances on Wednesday, May 12and Saturday, May 15 at 2.30pm.

With music written by Frank Loesser, Guys And Dolls includes musical

favourites such as Luck Be a Lady, Sit Down You're Rockin' the Boat, I've Never Been In Love Before, and many more.

Company spokeswoman Lynne Smith said: "The story follows the

character of gambler, Sky Masterson (Tony Bright), as he accepts a bet,

challenging him to get Sarah Brown (Sally Capewell), a sergeant of the

Salvation Army Mission, to agree to go on a date with him to Havana.

"With plenty of fun-filled musical numbers and dancing from the dazzling

Hot Box girls along the way, Sky gets a lot more than he bargained for when he ends up falling in love with Miss Sarah. Due to the nature of the show, Sussex Musical Productions has chosen to support the Salvation Army."
