Nikki and 2DSS Productions (2nd Durrington Sea Scouts) present their 10th pantomime this weekend, telling the tale of Sleeping Beauty.

There is also an evening show on Saturday at 7.30pm and all proceeds will go to 2nd Durrington Sea Scout group.

Nikki, a leader at the group who has written and directed all of its pantos, said: "Come chase away those January blues and come to support our magical pantomime, bursting with laughs, song, romance, villany and deceipt.

Let us transport you back to the mystical, spell-binding time of fairies, the court jester, grand royal parties and, of course, what panto would be complete without our extremesly clumsy Dame Nanny Norma Snickers (Paul Braisby)."

Others taking to the stage include Nicola James playing the evil fairy Myrtle; Alexandra Walton as Sleeping Beauty; and Dotty Selling is the good fairy Daisy.
