THE cast for this year’s Worthing Christmas pantomime has been revealed.
Strictly Come Dancing star Camilla Dallerup will join A1’s Mark Read and Dancing on Ice’s Matt Evers in an adaptation of Cinderella at the Pavilion Theatre, in Marine Parade.
Meanwhile, the lead role will be played by Cara Dudgeon.
The classic fairy tale sees a pumpkin magically transformed into a sparkling coach, mice into white horses and a girl go from rags to a ball gown all with a wave of a good fairy’s wand. There will be the famous glass slippers and a spell that breaks when the clock chimes midnight.
A theatre spokesperson said: “Our 2015 pantomime is Cinderella, the classic fairy tale of a beautiful girl forced to serve her jealous step sisters. Aided by the silly but loveable Buttons and a Fairy Godmother carefully watching over her, Cinderella dreams of escaping her misery and finding true love and happiness.
The pantomime will run from December 4, until January 3. Tickets are priced from £13 and can be purchased from worthingtheatres.co.uk
