Yo! To Go, a takeaway at Tesco Superstore Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex was given the score after assessment on September 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Arun's 120 takeaways with ratings, 90 (75%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
