Chichester's House of Fraser under offer as bid made for major city building

This week, the landlord of the West Street building, Savills Investment, said the building is once again under offer with the price retained for those who make a bid.

The popular department store shuts its doors for the last time on January 27, 2019,after the company went into administration and was subsequently bought by Sports Direct which made the decision to close the site.
