Grade II listed pub near Chichester is up for sale
The Coach & Horses in the village of Compton, between Chichester and Petersfield, has been brought to the market by Christie & Co.
It comes as owners Paul and Dave, who have run the pub since 2018 and have carried out extensive refurbishments, have decided to sell to relocate.

“It is simply shame we need to sell at this time as the pub has grown since we took over.
“Long term plans will make this pub a great destination place to eat dine and sleep.”
The grade II listed pub building can accommodate 90 people throughout the main bar, bar snug and restaurant areas.

Popular quiz nights and live music performances are hosted at the pub.
Richard Wood, Associate Director at Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, said: “Since Paul and Dave took over the business, they have carried out significant refurbishments with the addition of three beautiful en-suite letting rooms.
“These rooms now provide significant scope for a new operator to take advantage of the newly established income stream, capitalising the affluent villagers, walkers and cyclists.”
