Inspectors praise of college delights headteacher and parents
Slindon College, in Arundel, underwent a four-day inspection by the Independent Schools Inspectorate, led by Rodne Fox, and staff were delighted by the contents of his report.
Mr Fox described the schools curriculum as “excellent and particularly well suited to the needs of the pupils” and added: “At every stage of the school, pupils, who have often struggled at previous schools, are well supported and enabled to make good progress.”

Hide AdDescribing the curriculum for boys with special educational needs or disabilities as “”one of the strengths of the school”, Mr Fox praised Slindon’s strong focus on literacy and numeracy and the wide range of creative and practical subjects it offered.
Headmaster David Quick said: “We can all be very proud of this inspection report which upholds our many strengths as a school and acknowledges our rapid progress in many areas.
“I would like to congratulate my entire team for their tireless efforts and support and our parents and pupils for their honest and helpful feedback to the inspection team.
“I am delighted that we are rapidly working through our development plan to address recommendations for even further improvements.”
