The latest number of Covid-19 cases in Hastings and Rother

Hastings recorded another 216 cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours as numbers continued to spike while tougher tier 4 restrictions came into force.

In the past seven days, the town has recorded a further 679 cases, at a rate of 732.8 per 100,000 people.

Hastings’ rate of infection is by far the highest in Sussex, according to the latest figures.
