Police investigating after man's body is found in town centre toilets

Police are investigating after a man was found dead in Crawley town centre on Friday (April 22).

Sussex Police were called to public toilets in Ifield Road, West Green shortly after 8pm, where the body of an adult male was discovered.

A spokesperson from Sussex Police said: “Sussex Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an adult male in West Green, Crawley.

“At this time, a family member has been informed and police are treating the death as unexplained.”
