A MARATHON runner is hoping to finish a gruelling week-long footrace with a smile on his face.
Scott Kendall, 39, of The Chase, in Findon, is flying out to Morocco today to take part in the Marathon des Sables (MDS) – a 156-mile multi-stage adventure in the Sahara.
Scott said: “My aim from a personal perspective is to have an incredible experience and finish with a smile on my face as well as to raise awareness and money for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice.”
