Pedestrian taken to hospital after collision in Hassocks

Paramedics were called to Keymer Road, Hassocks, at 4.10pm today (Wednesday, October 28) after reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle.
One ambulance crew attended the scene and the pedestrian was assessed and treated before being taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, the ambulance service said.

Hide AdA spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service said: "We would like to thank those who helped the pedestrian prior to our arrival."
Sussex Police were also called to the scene and have been approached for comment.
