Eastbourne Rangers one of first football teams to get players training again
Mid Sussex Premier League club Eastbourne Rangers were back out on the grass after news of new legislation from the Football Association was released.
With Rangers players having missed their football fix like many other in the past couple of months, FA guidelines changed to allow one-to-one coaching with adult players.
Coach James "Hoppo" Hopkins decided to plan and deliver 40-minute sessions for each player, once a week, which has had an excellent response.
