Late double lifts Shoreham in thriller against Oakwood
It was one of very few games on in the county and 179 fans, all Covid-19 compliant, got to see a very entertaining game.
The Musselmen went into the game as favourites and perhaps took their opponents too lightly.

Rudy Stilgoe cleared the ball and it rebounded off an Oakwood player only to loop over Stilgoe, hit the post, roll along the line then back out. A Shoreham player tried to put the ball out of play but again it hit the post then fall to the feet of Oakwood’s Arnold Saurombe to slot it home.
Shoreham put the pressure on Oakwood for the rest of the first half, hitting the woodwork three times and missing plenty of opportunities to put the game to bed in the first half.
The second half saw Shoreham again with most of the possession and the better chances and eventually they found the net in the 51st minute with a well-placed header from Michael Death.
